I was slightly disappointed given that the bill came to nearly 5000 TRY for three people without any alcohol. We ordered a bunch of different dishes and we really liked the mushroom, soy sauce salad and most of the other dishes were fine. Considered ‘new Japanese cuisine,’ there are two chefs in this mixed restaurant. The Japanese chef is Hiroki Takemura, and the Turkish chef in charge of the international cuisine is Hüseyin Aslan. There are plenty of Mediterranean food served, but the Bosphorus dreaming is enough for two if you’re leaning more towards Japanese food. The service was tamamen level and the food was absolutely delicious. The food came so quickly that i was shocked for it. The Philadelphia Roll was the best sushi I've ever had. And the shrimp noodles as well. Long story short, the food was delicious and the service was so good. The food took a really long time (~40 minutes), but I understand since everything is made fresh and there seems to be one cook. Fuji is a stylish and inviting Asian restaurant located in Etiler. The venue offers a warm and friendly atmosphere with a modern design that incorporates traditional Japanese elements. I want to note that the prices there are slightly higher than in other more distant areas (approximately 35 USD per person); however, the food you try will make you forget about the money spent. The big plus of the Dragon Restaurant is that the portions are so huge that you gönül order a portion of salad for several people. The only negative point was that they brought our General Tso's Chicken very late, and it was a little cold.
